so it's been about 5 months...

i've been pretty bad about updating this thing. mostly because i haven't really gotten into anything really creative in the past few months outside of work. i did paint an awesome portrait of a pug steering a pirate ship for my boyfriend's christmas present...however i don't have any pictures of it to post right now. i promise i'll get one up soon.

casey and i's etsy site is doing really well! we are selling quite alot for doing no advertising or art/craft fairs. hopefully that will be changing this year though. i promise i'll have new and exciting things for you to browse through soon :)

in other news...i had my first bartending gig with colleen last weekend. we did....an interesting job. hah. things would have been fantastic if we didn't have a crappy keg tap and if we weren't simultaneously in charge of coat check. things got a little chaotic towards the end of the night. but hey what did they expect? we're not professionals!

and most importantly...THE SAINTS ARE GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL!!! I will be down in nola that saturday-monday. ready for a party.
