this is by far the most bizarre graphic i've had to make since working here...but my producers loved it! aired on the situation room vista wall in NYC today.

etsy site is up and running. waiting till casey and i get back from california to post our stuff..but so excited it's finally all coming together! came up with my packaging today...and this is what my studio looks like. didn't have time to clean before coming to work...but i guess thats the point of having a studio. too bad soon it will be casey's bedroom. she'll have to live around my creative explosive mess :)

but i did get something accomplished! check out my prints...all packaged and ready to go. can't wait to share with etsy land!

started sketching for a series of paintings today. planning on posting my progress on this little thing.

so...i have a blank highlighter yellow wall in my arts and crafts room that is dying for some wallpaper. i've been meaning to design a stencil to make a faux wallpaper look...but i'm the most indecisive person on the planet and can't decide what to make a stencil of. i'm thinking either a bunch of cool looking chairs or maybe bird cages. that would be cool. anyway this inspired me today. how fun does that look?

just got back from NOLA. had an amazing time catching up with family and friends. i hung out with a bunch of people i haven't seen in over a year...which is so wrong. sometimes its so easy to get caught up in your own life, epecially when you live so far away from the people you care about. it's easy to forget what's important. glad i was able to go back to my roots for a bit.

today is my last saturday working!!! (for at least 6 months). i leave for seattle tomorrow. another impromptu trip. life is good right now. just gotta make it through the weekend!
